BASIC FACTS
Vitamins are the basic elements of life. They are of essential importance for health, as our organism would not function in their absence. A low vitamin level in the body may be the cause of several deficiency symptoms and diseases. Together with minerals, vitamins are involved in most chemical reactions of the body.
Chronobiology – Knowledge of biological processes during the daily rhythm is a recent and new challenge in science. According to these principles, the body requires specific substances at specific times of the day while others are optimally absorbed at other times of the day. Furthermore, it has been proven that the simultaneous administration of specific nutrients promotes the absorption of specific vitamins and minerals, but may occasionally hinder the absorption of others.
The result: Chronotherapy, which leads to improved metabolic processes and increases the absorption abilities of the body for vital nutrients, is a practicable science. All vitamins, trace elements, minerals and plant extracts have been combined in the present formulation in a way that they are available to the organism at the right time point.
In addition, the combination of active substances has been specially adjusted to the male and the female metabolism and is thus the perfect supplement for daily use.
EFFECTS
A health-conscious diet must include an optimal daily supply of all essential vitamins, minerals and other trace elements required by the body. Although a diverse and many-faceted diet can be taken today, it would be appropriate to supplement one’s food with vitamins and minerals because of circumstances in daily life such as stress, an unbalanced diet and environmental pollutants. The optimal utilization of these nutrients and minerals depends on the intake of food on the one hand, and the appropriate time of day on the other. Simply taking substances additionally in an uncontrolled manner is usually not meaningful and would have little positive effects on the individual’s metabolism. Therefore, scientific trials have been conducted to determine which nutrients should be supplied in what quantities at which time of the day in order to support the body optimally in utilizing the ingested food.
It was also shown that a balanced composition is required for several reasons. Men and women differ in terms of their daily requirement of nutrients. Therefore, a combination of all components adjusted to these requirements will be needed to treat Her and Him in an optimal way. It has been established that all fat-soluble vitamins are better absorbed in the morning than in the subsequent course of the day. On the other hand, calcium hinders the absorption of certain other minerals such as zinc, potassium and sodium for up to eight hours.

INDICATIONS
Health and wellbeing: Vitachron® female and male serve as a daily supplement to a healthy diet and thus enhances the individual’s general wellbeing.
Metabolic and digestive disorders: In cases of insufficient supply of vitamins and trace elements with food (e.g. special diets, malnutrition) or conditions requiring large quantities of vitamins (e.g. during growth), it is advisable to use Vitachron® female and male because all nutrients are absorbed at the respective optimal time point.
Prevention/Integration: Many medications increase the body’s need for specific nutrients. Timely integration may reduce secondary damage due to such treatment. The effect of other food supplements adjusted to special needs can be supported and enhanced by the simultaneous intake of appropriate chronobiological compositions of vitamins and minerals

DOSAGE
In normal cases take 2 capsules AM (yellow) in the morning and 2 capsules PM (blue) in the evening with plenty of fluid.
SIDE EFFECTS / CONTRAINDICATIONS
No harmful side effects are known. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation.
The addition of piperine to medications may enhance the bioavailability of the medications. Diarrhea may occur after the intake of high doses of vitamin C.
In case of overdosage of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) hypervitaminosis may occur because these vitamins are stored in the liver.
INSTRUCTIONS
Generally a doctor should be consulted before intake, especially to avoid overdosage of fat-soluble vitamins. In the presence of diseases or when taking medications on a long-term basis, Vitachron® should be used only after consulting a doctor.
